When my husband and I decided we wanted to run away and get married on our own at Yosemite National Park, I knew I’d want a photographer/videographer team there to capture every special moment. Cue power couple, Kim and Jessie! After falling in love with their work, we decided to reach out and we are so happy we connected with them and they had availability for us.
We booked a 10 hour elopement session with them, and I am not going to lie, we were a little anxious to be spending our entire day with two strangers we’d never met before aside from a few phone calls. But Kim and Jessie were absolutely incredible! These two are patient, funny, adventurous, kind and gave us the most beautiful day that we could have asked for. It is very obvious that they are determined to give you an incredible day and memories that can last forever. The 10 hours ended up going by in a flash, they made the day so easy and fun.
I could add the amazing images that Kim carefully shot and edited for us and a link the the incredible video that had everyone in awe and crying – but as you can see from all the reviews before mine, you already know both of these creatives are HUGELY talented (probably why you are even looking at their reviews). What you cannot see from their work, is how freaking fun, cool, laid back, and amazing these humans are! Book Kim and Jessie, you won’t be disappointed!
Samantha & Jon , Eloped in Yosemite
We had an AMAZINGGG time with Kim and Jesse! We eloped in the Olympic National Park in July and wouldn’t of wanted to spend our special day with anyone else but these guys! They are so cool and fun to be with. I am pretty sure my smile didn’t leave my face the entire time we spent with them! They are just so genuine and it felt like we were all just hanging out I loved it.
Not to mention they went above and beyond to find us such a beautiful spot for our ceremony and pictures. Kim’s photos and Jesse’s videography skills are literally OUTSTANDING. They made our day so much more special and captured such a beautiful day in our life and I’m so grateful for it. Thanks again guys!
Cara & Matt , Eloped in Olympic National Park
My husband and I booked Kim for our vow renewal photos while we were visiting North Cascade NP. First off, we had never been to this area so sought Kim’s advise for where to take our photos and she provided several beautiful areas for us to choose from. Then, we had planned for sunrise photos, but unfortunately, the weather was uncooperative and it was very foggy at sunrise. Regardless, we decided to lean into the mood and the photos came out incredibly. They are moody and dramatic and made the most out of the scenery.
Towards the end of the shoot the sun finally came out and it was perfect! Obviously, being an outdoor photographer is challenging, but Kim handled the un-perfect weather perfectly. I love the variety of shots she provided us and how comfortable it was to shoot with her. I would highly recommend Kim for any photos, especially if you are new to a spot that Kim has knowledge of!
Kristen & Matt, Vow Renewal in North Cascades
Kim was, in short, absolutely amazing. We planned an elopement to the Grand Canyon and found her through Google and I am so glad we did. We met her and Jesse a few days before the ceremony to do some scouting which I really appreciated and she approached anything we wanted to during the pictures or where we wanted to go with an absolute yes. She helped us feel comfortable being ourselves in front of the camera and her photos are wonderful. I loved the vibe of her photos from when I had first looked at her work and just felt so confident that she was the photographer to capture the beauty of the Canyon and the joy of our day.
She also recommended a sunrise ceremony for the best pictures and she was right on. I don’t think once during our session I stopped smiling or laughing, and I felt that Kim really captured who we are and how happy we were on our wedding day. The turnaround time for our pictures was also incredibly fast. I am so grateful for how she was able to capture us in the moment and now we get to keep all of those memories.
