Why Arches?
In all my visits to Arches NP, there is nothing like it in this country. And if you choose the right time of year to be there (March-May) you won't be dying of heat and won't be trampled by hordes of tourists. And there is no where else on earth that you can get this stunning of a landscape!
Where can we go?
That all depends on your sense of adventure! Most hikes take anywhere from an hour to several. And the park is not as big as you might think it is, so it is quite possible to go to a few different arches if you prefer. Some of the more well know spots, like the famous delicate arch you would want to do in the morning or sunset. But there are so many hikes in the park it would be easy to find the perfect one for a private moment to exchange your vows.
What time of day do you suggest?
There are pros/cons to any time of day but if you want those dreamy golden tones, I would start at least a few hours before sunset. If you don't like the idea of sweating through your makeup or him through his suit, I wouldn't do noon between late May-early September. I am here to help you navigate through this and make sure we have the most amazing light, but also enough time to travel/hike to the locations you desire to go to.
